What’s going on!

This is a special week for the podcast, but an even more special week for the Atypical community.

For the podcast, we had our first guest on the Podcast, and it was a great opener. Hoops with Sean, or better known as hoopswsean joined us for a conversation.

We covered a myriad of topics, but I think one of the coolest take-aways was the idea that his ability to get better at his craft was magnified after he started making content. This is something Trey has also mentioned in the past, that when telling the story of what you are doing, it forces you to understand what and more importantly why you are doing it.

It was a great conversation, give it a listen here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ANy1Pqoz1Us&t=156s

Also, go give Sean a follow he is making great content.

You may be asking yourself, “did Trey post a video this week?” No, but he completed the greatest project he has ever started… becoming a father.

I can speak for Trey and say he is most proud of this:

Quick topic this week, and we would love some feedback from you.

Trey and I have been having a lot of conversations recently about the future of the Atypical brand. The mission has always been for Trey to be the mentor that he wished he had during his rise.

That is and will always be the core, but it begs another question… what does that mean?

Does that mean modeling the behavior through content? Or does it mean to make tools that support hoopers in their practice? Or does it mean to work closely with young athletes with hands-on coaching?

We are not arguing for a binary here where we can only do one thing, but we want to hear from you.

There is an additional information section on the poll, we would love to hear your answer to this question:

When you think of living atypical… what does that mean to you?

How can we help you?
